Switzerland-headquartered fintech firm Utopia Music has launched a new Creator Services Business Unit, by buying two firms that it says “will provide creators with a comprehensive analytics platform, an industry directory, and other marketing tools”. 

Those two firms are US-based music trade listing ROSTR and Austria-based music information analytics platform, ForTunes.

Utopia’s Creator Services unit will formally launch in 2022.

This information marks Utopia’s third and fourth firm acquisitions previously three months, after shopping for Quincy Jones-backed emotional information enrichment firm, Musimap in September.
