WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Fox News Network on Thursday misplaced its try to dismiss a $1.6 billion lawsuit introduced by Dominion Voting Systems Inc, a voting machine firm that claims Fox defamed it by amplifying conspiracy theories about its know-how.
In a written ruling, Delaware court docket choose Eric Davis stated Dominion had sufficiently alleged it was defamed by Fox News’ 2020 election coverage and the case ought to proceed towards trial.
